You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a purchased item. We will only accept items in their original condition, as they were delivered to you: they must not have been worn, used, altered, damaged or be without their original labels (either inside or outside).

- We have extended the return period. Orders placed online between 12 and 31 December 2024 can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase
- Possible delays in processing returns due to high season
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can return items you have purchased by logging into the returns portal following these steps:1.

Select the designated courier, print the return label and attach it to the parcel.

Pack the item properly and take it to the nearest pick-up point.

Remember that:
- You may return an item within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
- You only get one return label per order.
- Each return must contain items belonging to the same order.
- The refund will be credited to the same payment method used during the purchase within a maximum of 14 days after the returned goods have been checked at our warehouse.
- Shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded.
