Orders confirmed by 1:00 PM CET (12:00 PM GMT) will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day.

All orders placed after 1:00 PM CET (12:00 PM GMT) will be dispatched the following business day, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. This means that orders processed after 1:00 PM CET (12:00 PM GMT) on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday (unless Monday is public holiday).

Please note that it is possible that delays will be incurred in case of payment with credit cards, debit cards or Paypal, due to any delayed authorization (or denial) of the payment. In such exceptional cases the goods will be shipped immediately upon payment confirmation.

Order Details Modification

Due to the short time between order processing and dispatch, we are unfortunately unable to modify your order details - such as the shipping address or product size - once an order has been placed.

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email containing tracking number to track its progress online.

Where we Ship to

We deliver to the following countries within Europe: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, The Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Sweden, Poland, Greece, Romania and Hungary. Exceptions within these territories may be check on the next paragraph.

Where we do not Ship to

We do not ship to the following locations: Channel Islands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, San Marino, Livigno, Vatican City. We do not ship to European overseas territories such as Réunion, Martinique, Guadaloupe, Anguilla, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, and more. Please note we cannot deliver to Post Office boxes.

Where we ship from

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse located in Oldenzaal, the Netherlands will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale. We process and ship out orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, with the exception of The Netherlands public holidays.

7 For All Mankind may run free express shipping promotions. If you wish to be notified by email about our promotions, please sign up to our newsletter here (LINK). Please note that free express shipping during these promotions will be visible on your cart in the payment page.

Return Policy

We hope that your shopping experience at 7 For All Mankind has been satisfactory. However, we understand that you may wish to return any of the products that you have purchased from our website.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to create your return in our website. All items must be returned in their original conditions, unused, unwashed and with 7 For All Mankind original tags still attached. We will reimburse you for the amount paid for each returned product.

This Returns Policy applies exclusively to products purchased online and within 7 For All Mankind European website. This means that items cannot be returned to (or refunds obtained at) any of our official stores. Items purchased from our stores, large retailers or partnership stores must be returned to their original place of purchase and are subject to the returns policy applied by the retailer that sold them.

How to Return an Article

You can return your order in a few simple steps.

1. Access our website and fill in the online return form within 14 days from the day you received the parcel. You may access the online return form through your account or simply by clicking on this link: LINK

2. The return is free of charge only if you use the return label that is printed at the end of the online return form process.

3. Place the prepaid return label to the shipping box.

4. Take the package to a drop-off point of the service indicated in the returns portal, as well as on the label that you have to print. If you have doubts, please check the below table.

Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

Returns are free of charge if you use the label printed at the end of the online procedure.

Please note that if you wish to use any other carrier to return your article(s), 7 For All Mankind will not be liable neither for the cost, nor for anything that might happen to the package (lost in transit, missing or damaged items).

Obtaining a Refund

Note that only once your return is checked at our warehouse you will receive a credit note.

Please note 7 For All Mankind will refund you as quickly as possible but it might take up to 7 working days from the moment your parcel arrives to our warehouse in the Netherlands. Express shipping costs will be excluded.

Processing Refunds

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment methods.

The refund is always credited to the payment method used for the original purchase and to the original purchaser’s account. Please remember that if you have used our express shipping service, you will not be refunded the cost of the service.

Late Returns

Your request for return should be created within 14 days of receiving your order. Then you should immediately proceed with returning the parcel. Your parcel should be received at our warehouse no later than 30 days from the date you received it.

Returns outside the established 30 days may be accepted at the discretion of 7 For All Mankind only if the delay is due to Transport reasons.

Product Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot offer you replacement articles. If you wish to receive another product or a different size of the same product, please return the product. We will process the refund to allow you to place a new order for the product you wish.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 6 months, then please contact Customer Care.

Gift Exchanges

If you have received a product as a gift, you can return it by following the return procedure indicated above. Please also consider that all refunds will be credited to the same payment card or other method of payment used when placing the order.

Return Packaging

All products belonging to a single order must be returned in a single shipment. This method allows us to process your return as quickly as possible. Moreover, products should be returned in their original packages, where available, to ensure that they are adequately protected while in transit.
