PRODUCT SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WHERE AND WHEN WE SHIP
Products ordered through http://www.7forallmankind.be/be_nl/ may only be delivered to Belgium.
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse located in Oldenzaal, the Netherlands. Any returns should be sent to Bleckmann 7575 AX, Oldenzaal, the Netherlands.
Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Once an order has been placed, it is no longer subject to change.
SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES:
- Standard shipping to the Belgium is FREE OF CHARGE and takes up to two business days from when the goods leave our warehouse.
- Express shipping is available for €10 and takes 2 business days to arrive: please consider that shipments bound for the islands may be subject to delay.
-Orders confirmed by 13:00 PM will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day. All orders placed after 13:00 PM will be dispatched the following day, meaning that an additional day will need to be added to the delivery times.
-Orders placed after 13:00 PM on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday: please consider the shipping times indicated above.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
We hope that your shopping experience at 7 For All Mankind has been satisfactory. However, we understand that you may wish to return one or all of the products that you have purchased from us.
Products that have been dispatched in error, that are incomplete, damaged or defective, or about which you have simply changed your mind, may be returned to us using the procedure described below, according to the schedule indicated.
This Returns Policy applies to all products purchased through the English site of 7 For All Mankind and delivered to the United Kingdom.
We only accept returns of articles purchased from our European website, http://www.7forallmankind.be/be_nl/.
Items cannot be returned to, or refunds obtained at, any of our official stores. Items purchased from our stores, large retailers or partnership stores must be returned to their original place of purchase and are subject to the returns policy applied by the retailer that sold them.
REASONS FOR RETURNING ARTICLES
If you have changed your mind and wish to return your products, you have 30 days from when your products are delivered to return them to us. We will reimburse you for the cost of the products, but not any shipping fees incurred at the time of the order.

Return by Mail in a few easy steps!
- Fill out the return form included with your order and be sure to include the form in the return package.
- Return shipping is free for new and unused items using the Prepaid Return Label included with your order. When returning your order:
- Affix the Prepaid return label to the shipping box.
- Take your parcel to any DPD.
- To locate the nearest office, visit the link https://www.dpd.com/be_en/parcelshops/show?searchtext= and enter your postcode or city.
- If you lose or damage the return label, please contact our Customer Care team, who will email you a copy.
- If you’d like to return your item(s) using another carrier, this will be done at your cost. Please note that by using another carrier, 7 For All Mankind will not be liable for any misplaced parcels. Please send your item(s) via traceable means to our Online Returns Department:

Please contact us immediately if the products you have ordered are delivered damaged or defective. Our products are covered by a full warranty against defects for one year. In such cases, please follow the procedure indicated in our Returns Policy, valid solely for products purchased on http://www.7forallmankind.be/be_nl/. If you have purchased your products from a store, we recommend that you contact the store where you purchased them, since we do not provide support for purchases from our stores.
Products that have been damaged while worn or as a result of wear and tear will not be deemed defective.
OBTAINING A REFUND
You will receive your refund within ten business days of when your return package containing the defective product arrives at our warehouse, which is located in Oldenzaal, the Netherlands. Please also keep in mind that up to four business days could elapse between when your parcel is dispatched by DPD and when it reaches our warehouses.
The amount of the returned articles will be automatically credited to the account linked to the card used during the order phase. Please remember that if you have used our express shipping service, you will not be refunded the cost of the service. The time needed to credit your account may vary according to the timeframe applied by your financial institution.

Returns are completely free of charge if you use the specific prepaid label included in your package.
If you wish to use another courier to return your article, you will be responsible for the cost. Please note that if you use another carrier 7 For All Mankind will not be liable for lost articles. Send your articles by trackable courier to our online returns office:

Unfortunately we cannot offer you replacement articles at this time. If you wish to receive another product or a different size of the same product, please send us the product you have ordered to obtain a refund and then place a new order for the product you wish.
If you have received a product as a gift, you can return it by following the return procedure indicated above. Please also consider that all refunds will be credited to the same payment card or other method of payment used when placing the order.
Please send all of the products you wish to return belonging to the same order in a single shipment, so as to ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Products should be returned in their original packages, where available, to ensure that they are adequately protected while in transit. We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit during shipment to us.
Refunds will only be provided for products that have not been used or worn, sent undamaged and with their original labels.
